Well maybe I have missed something also....the news about the shares is confusing but positive, HOWEVER, we are talking about this and that, and how a rumor started about someone interested in MDIN, the little birdie thing, well what I see is MDIN price ticking down again, WHAT IS GOING TO MAKE THIS STOCK GO UP, IS PRODUCTION NUMBERS, not rumor, or trying to figure out to the .001 the post about the reduction of the number of shares, what is going to make it go up!, is conformation of what the company says they have, and some production numbers, it is PAST time for every stockholder (think about what that word means) of this company to call and let this company know that it is TIME to come to the plate with this information.....

But Vince, you are assuming facts not in evidence. I take your post to mean that you think NPEC lost the 14.4 in this deal, whereas it does not say that anywhere, and in fact, NPEC's PR would seem to indicate that that is not the case. In addition, if NP 's 14.4 restricted got converted, would not the total share count have been reduced by 39.4 million instead of 25?

This definitely needs clearing up. I'll be trying to contact Larry a little later on this morning to address the confusion regarding who owns what shares, both for MDIN and NPEC, as well as the 5 million that got lost somewhere along the way with FIRE. Any other questions we need cleared up? (And no, I'm not going to get into the 'When will we see production numbers' bit with him, so don't anybody ask).

Geoff
