The CNBC release will explode the PRWT. CNBC made a statement MONDAY the a company by the name of INVESTNET was working on DIRECT TRADING that will take another 2-3 months. CNBC REP stated that this will be the wave of the future illiminating the middle guy!!!

Reason - I think that that the only thing that will really drive the stock price is earnings. Recent publicity by the SEC about Internet scams, pump & dumps, etc. is making investors nervous as they learn more about possible problems with BB companies. One negative could be audited financials that show a book value well below market cap. Is there enough net equity in PRWT to justify a $25,000,000 market cap until earnings start to flow? I don't think that we have this information as yet. Also, do any of the more knowledgeable posters know what PRWT's tax status will be? Are there loss carryforwards available? Al

Reason I spoke to John this morning. I believe he may have a few surprises in store for us. He said he was in talks with a couple of companies on something very big for the company in the future. Said big household names we would recognize involved, but couldn't say anything else about it for now. I asked him about the shares hitting the mkt right now and he told me they were probably the 30m shares issued by previous management and were off their restriction. He told me pretty much what he told GG. I believe we will see many good things happening for prwt before 1999,which is only 5 mos off. As many have said before , when investing in BB stocks you have a risk , reward thing you have to take into account. Well I believe prwt reward will out weigh any risk. Unlike other BB stock prwt has no financing problems, they are moving forward with their project at a very fast pace. Take IT for instance, this is just starting to get off the ground and will continue to develope into a very visable company. More trading rooms opening, More advertising on the internet , And that is just one arm of the company. Belize houses will be on display very soon.Videophones will be out of beta testing and when that happens we will be hearing more good things there. Other foreign countries have made inquiries about the mortgage business nothing definite there but a very big possibility in the future(near future). I'm sure the price will be catching back up with the company very soon.
