The 30M restricted shares entering the market is actually old info. This was mentioned at least 3 weeks ago. The float is still 208M-212M. I also forgot to mention that John has no plans on selling the mortgages after they have been closed. They will be held and serviced. The 1999 statement. He expects PRWT to really shine next year once the foundation is laid. This does not mean that 1998 is strcitly a building year. We should still have significant growth in 1998 with even more in 1999. GG
