Thanks for the links. I had read the position paper but not the others.

For anyone that wants to know the proposed system description for NODES (Nasdaq Order Delivery and Execution System) you can go to this link nasdaqtrader.com and download the file. It's about three pages and it's in pdf format.
There's also more information there including a Q&A section. The NODES will be replacing selectnet and soes, once the SEC approves it.

Has anyone noticed the ridiculous size coming into ISLD, for stocks like DELL, CSCO, over the past couple of weeks.It causes the stock to lose momentum instantaneously. Does anyone know who is doing this? I know it is costing me and many people I trade with lots of $. I think it is a bunch of traders at one firm trying to manipulate price.
