Rob- I think it is clear that if AMZN really thought their stock was worth $100 a share they would have split it last quarter. The decision to make acquisitions in light of their professed goals (seemingly contradictory) tells me they're milking the stock price while they can. When AMZN trades back down to $30 it'll look like a better deal (maybe).
