Rosario,

You are correct as are all the others. Short term, this thing is going to do very very well and make a lot of people very very happy. Over the long haul, those that are getting in at these levels and holding are going to be able to do anything and go anywhere they want.

Rosie....are you still planning on that south sea trip with your girl friend, via Belize in a month or so?....We'd sure love to update our photo album of the housing subdivision if you are....and maybe a picture or two of you, too.
