Thanks, Eric, it looks like I correctly anticipated your error, both in confusing Peter for Steven and perhaps not being aware of the Class B Common he holds. The 10,000 shares mentioned make up the 75,000 shares I referred to in an earlier post. I agree with those who view this to be a non-event (as well as old news).

While I apologize if you found my approach to the matter somewhat blunt, but those familiar with the insiders' holdings would naturally attach enormous significance to your original post if taken exactly as it read.
