Thoughts....

Its possible Peter Sprague doesn't draw a salary from Wave, but instead subsidizes himself by occasionally selling shares.

Could the annual report and shareholders meeting be intentionally delayed to enhance them with a major news release or two?

Also, the evidence is clear that Wave and the security coalition are all but admitting its the WaveMeter. And isn't interesting that SMSC biggest customers happen to be IBM, HP, and Compaq?

Our biggest question is when not if!

But then again, I'm just a frog!

If you look at the SEC filing Peter Sprague, not Steven, also exercised his options to buy 10,000 shares at the same time so it was a net -0- transaction. BTW Eric, the report on free realtime has Peter Sprague reported as President and CEO, he is Chairman and CEO, his son Steven is President of Wave Systems.
