The benefits to the Company/Shareholders are simple, given the extremely unfavourable market conditions for raising $$$ for these kind of Companies at this time. If warrant holders are die hard believers / supporters, why not give them the opportunity to put some $$$ into the Company. As a shareholder, you'd like to see stock issued at a decent price, but without the cash, the Company's options are bleak. Let's hope PXX can change their dismal track record. Keep the faith.... at .06/share you have nothing to lose. JT
