Ya, i know what your talking about my funds and blue chips are at an idle or down. the market for them will change. what i needed is PRWT to walk up then use it to buy up the blue chips on the rally. i fell the best thing to do right now is have cash ready for the market rebound. two things holding prwt down; 1.) large float 2.) no reaction to the Belize reports. listen everyone can talk about what they please.......facts are .033!
