James: I knew S/MM would end this day up. John Q. Public will see this as an up day. (Most investors don't have the privilege of watching the intra day swings.) Calming the collective fears, some! Delaying the switch to money markets for many average Joe Blows! I am sure most would call this "buy programs" 40 minutes before the close! Yeah right! Now the question: Is the market rallied up from here, to draw the perma bulls and manics back in. Or, are we on our way back down after a pop in the am Thurs?
