Dovertower Capital will assist Osicom and Transamerica in marketing the lease program to customers, and will facilitate lease negotiations between customers and Transamerica. Commented Adam Greene, Director of Dovertower, "Our understanding of the various telecommunications markets allows us to effectively communicate to Osicom's customers the advantages the various financing scenarios OsiFin can provide. We also have the experience necessary to bring the lease negotiations to fruition. Our job is to help our partners make equipment sales and enter into lease agreements for the purchase of that equipment."

Scott, I just hope they don't buy 33% too soon. On the other hand, maybe if they pick it up because it's a bargain, then they'll run with it like they have with TA.

I wish they'd spell it Osifine. The "fin" is obviously for "finance", but it looks like something a fish has. How about OsiFinance?

Does the name Osifin bother anyone else (besides Barbara Crawford and Craig Pain)?
