Mr. Wexler, Cheryl makes some very good post for the long side. They are very convincing... You wouldn't expect me to invest (long or short) in a company based solely on the opinion of an individual. These message boards were established for the purposes of sharing information and helping each other learn more about companies and investing in general. All I ask is that you point me in the right direction as to how to determine a fraud. You state it is in the Federal filings, but I must not be looking in the right place...Thanks again in advance for your help.
