The general investing public won't even look at it because it is below $1. Heck many won't even look if it's below $5. They won't even do 1 second of DD because the low price says it's high risk. Too scary for them.

This is true. Good point. I think a lot of people forget this fact when they make price predictions for pennystocks. The majority of investors will not touch stocks under one dollar.
