I agree I can't say it is worth $40 million and I am not saying it is either. All I said was that the vendors of the assets got as payment for the assets 50 million shares when the stock was at $0.80 ($40 million) and the next day they said they were worth $200 million, hence the missing $160 million. Simple, isn't it?
