No NO NO ,Not even close,first this is not a University. There are no laws against him having sex with Monica.Second if you read my post you see that I said I understand the potential for problems here but I believe that freedom is the more important choice.
Look, I realize that the Prez is walking down a sticky road here .If Monica had come out and said that he threatened my job or that I was given a promotion that was in effect a bribe for sex he is in serious trouble , even by my standards.It seems like a foolish risk to take.You would think that he would keep his fly zipped up for another couple of years considering what was at stake.I never said this was a wise decision on his part just a legal one. Just because there is a power disparity does not mean there is a abuse of power.
