In 1996 KLIC bottomed at 1.2 times book, we are currently at 1.2 times book. I think the intrinsic value of the company will help provide a floor. I think my downside from here is about 0. Yes we may not go anywhere for a while but I'll write covered calls and lower my cost basis while I wait. If I wait for the industry to turn to be sure, KLIC will have run up 4 or 5 dollars and then I'll have downside risk. The Daily and monthly stochastics are giving buy signals, and I think this is a doubler in a year and maybe more in 2 years. However, I have been wrong before, but the stock is acting well.
