Here is an interesting piece of information out of the Independent:Mr. Elwin's department estimates Dominica's total public debt "as of 30th June, 1997 at $403,268,674" which is made up of external debt $267,308,583) total contingent liabilities ($38,132,743) and domestic debt ($95,827,348).

Sounds like they could use as many sources of income as they can get their hands on. Gee, I wonder why they are getting involved in virtual gambling?

Well my friend I am retired. but I still keep an office. Nice to have an office that you don't really have to go to unless you want to.
