Here are some more interesting statistics for anyone that is interested. I got these from CNBC. Kenya's population is 33 million Kenya's debt is $7.5 billion That comes out to $227.27 per person. The comment was made during the story that that was a huge debt. Lets see how that compares with Dominica. Dominica's population is 71,000 Dominicas debt is $403,268,674 That comes out to $5679.00 per person. Whats my point? Sounds like the Dominican Government could use as many sources of income as they can get their hands on. In my opinion, it sounds like Dominica has a very high vested interest in the success of this venture, and will do everything they can to make it succeed.
