I'm currently looking for mechanical low risk stock picking methods. Looking at Value Line and Microstar's Indigo.

Don,

Have been lurking on this thread for some time and read your put strategy with interest. I have also wrote a few puts on stocks I wouldn't mind owning, but not in the volumes you do.

My question is this. How do you manage your downside risk? It seems to me that you have a lot of exposure to a decline in DELL be it do to bad news with DELL or a general market correction. Nothing goes up forever.
