good post, john.

i really think it's just a lack of momentum right now.
trouble is, i am not as long-timer as some of you are.
i never followed the thread until 1997.

seems to me that MRVC is just not having any momentum.
that's all it is. Plus, with average volume of 300-400,000
shares. Only 6-8 Million dollars is the total dollar volume.
So, there's a lot of volatility with stocks like this.

at this point, a lot of negatives seem to be priced in.
any little positive (e.g. positive cash flow, no fraud
accounting, a contract announcement here or there) will
contribute to raising the stock price.

John,

You are right. Management does not like to spend $$. And it is to a fault almost. Several times I have asked what one specific honcho was thinking and was told, "he believes it is a a waste of money."

Well, I have several thousand shares of this stock and am way too leveraged in it. I take a look, I see $4 + (from memory) cash per share. That's not an insignifigant figure. We'll see what type of ride we have tommorrow.

Richard

John

My only fear is the Financial Staff under Glaser 's supervision.
This may be a weak link in the Management Structure dealing with
stockholders ; Brokers ; and Institutional investors . I sincerely hope that I am wrong ??
