Good morning Ed....I found the confirmation from a UKH press release.
UNITED KENO HILL MINES LIMITED

TORONTO, Aug. 6 /CNW/ - United Keno Hill Mines Limited announced today
that it has accepted a proposal from Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. of
Burnaby, B.C. for the provision of contract rehabilitation, development and
mining services at the Corporation's Elsa Properties in central Yukon.
Earlier, United Keno announced that it had entered into an agreement in
principle with Dynatec Corporation under which Dynatec would become operator
of a joint venture to reopen and mine the Elsa Properties. However, Dynatec
will not be proceeding with that agreement.

This is just the first paragraph, but it is the only part that refers to DY, and it does have the info.
Now, my question is, is this good or bad news?

All the best,
Margie
