Dynatec Corporation was formed on September 30, 1997, joining Dynatec International Ltd. and SICI Technologies. Dynatec is a widely held Canadian company specializing in complete mining services, mine construction, drilling services, and metallurgical technologies.

Dynatec has offices and warehouses in Canada, USA, Asia, and South America. It has over 80 drill rigs world wide and has some of the worlds top experts in mine construction and drilling. Dynatec does work for hundreds of companies, such as Inco, Barrick Gold, Free Port, Royal Oak, Etc.

Year End Results for Dec 1997, Dynatec did $163.8 million in revenues and made 5.2 million in profits after tax or 5 cents per share (PE RATIO 7.0). Dynatec has 113,527,972 shares outstanding and 27 MILLION in cash !!! The company plans to use the 27 million in cash to invest in new ventures.
