Jim - One of my favorites, PMCS, went on sale yesterday in an apparent over-reaction to an analyst's comments. They have a very strong position as a core supplier to network equipment companies (Cisco, Ascend, etc.) as they are transitioning from a commondity business to a high value-added, high margin emphasis. They had a recent earnings report indicating future higher R&D expenses to meet new customer requests, which knocked the price down some before yesterday's drop -- but reflects a nice fundamental position to be in. There is a pretty good thread on SI. Could well go down more w/market weakness, but a very strong long-term future and I believe a good value now. FWIW, Duke
