9 and 10 may not occur until steps 1 - 8 are repeated several times. After SCAM, there is SCUM followed by FLEEC followed by SKIM followed by... Sad but true. Look at the profiles of people holding some of the rattier BB stocks and you will often see that they post to a small stable of ratty little stock boards.
You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him sing arias...or something like that.
