Share Price - High?

David, you wrote

Anticipation of a poorer report could help lower the price. But it's much too high no matter what the earnings report is.

High, based on what? What criteria do you use to state unequivoally that "it's much too high"? And "no matter what the earnings report is" probably falls into the realm of hyperbole, don't you think? If DELL earns $2, $5, $100 this quarter, is the price still too high?

What do you think would be 'appropriate' pricing for DELL if it's earnings come in at $0.40, $0.45, $0.50, $0.55, $0.60 per share?

Curious minds, you know.
