I sold out after attending the Robertson Stephens Semi-conductor conference.

My reasons are that I saw several semi-cap companies talking about new CMP offerings, and a general consensus that the front-end equipment recovery would be smaller and slower than the back-end (due to reuse of old equipment in shrinks).

I still like SFAM, but decided other semi-caps have a better risk/reward.
