Kennecott has still only put the $500K into this project and to the best of my knowledge there is not an out clause in the $1.5M venture agreement. I have been doing some poking around and know that there has been a fair bit going on between Kennecott and JNR, as far as meetings etc. go. I do not know what the outcome has been however. Some of those have been boardroom table type stuff and others have been on site. The latest were yesterday. I do have a contact person with Kennecott, who may be able to shed at least some light, and am attempting to reach him as well. With regards to the funding, unless Kennecott has found some type of inappropriate use of funds, I believe they are still tied to this project. So we will just have to wait and see where it goes from here. I have heard some rumors about there being a problem between Dale and Kennecott, but have also had indications that they are not any more than one would expect from a situation where an individual, used to running a one man show, and a "corporation" have to come together and learn to deal with one another. I believe this may be where the rumors started and may also have something to do with the perceived delays in the project. I have not heard anything substantiated to believe it is anything more.
