Which is better: A company that has the correct number of shares outstanding to reflect and support the current revenue base or a company that has too many shares outstanding for it's revenue base but instead of addressing it, they add to the revenue base which does not get immediately reflected in the share price thus creating a massively undervalued situation? (Probably a run-on sentence). I guess that depends on whether you want short term spike or long term gain. And on whether you can add to your position or not. I would like nothing better than for John to continue to acquire, cut deals and increase revenue streams to a point where when the quarterly comes out we find ourselves with a stock that is grossly undervalued, fully reporting, heavily advertised (CNBC), and with no controversy on pending deals (i.e. Belize). Won't happen overnight but it will happen. And a year from now we will look back and say "After all the things that have happened, it really DID happen virtually overnight!" JMHO...

Barbara...your right, a buy back would not make sense at this point. PRWT will need any capital they have for on-going operations, expansion, etc. But they do have to address the number of outstanding shares for this stock to get much above .10/share. I am only speculating, but it appears the Company still holds a lot of stock. One thing they could do is simply retire some of the stock they are holding.
