Question is...does SeQuester have a great chance at winning outright...or will there be an out of court settlement? Any thoughts?

A quick thought...

How is a summary judgement dismissed or approved? I'm definitely no legal eagle here, so any help would be appreciated. What I'm thinking is the judge decides to either force the party being sued to settle based on overwhelming evidence, and avoid an unnecessary trial....OR...decides there is enough evidence either way to send this to trial. This is what looks like happened here???

Thoughts?
