Distribution of Cholesterol Lowering Product,
PhytoQuest

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--July 27, 1998-- SeQuester Holdings Inc. (OTC BB:SQST - news) Monday announced that PhytoQuest, the company's all-natural cholesterol-reducing dietary supplement is in limited distribution in U.S. stores now and can be ordered over an 800 line (800/843-6478) and on the Internet (123diet.com).

Its U.S. distribution is about to get a big boost from Wal-Mart. The discount store giant plans to distribute PhytoQuest in most of its 2,300-plus stores. The initial order is $250,000.

The AP news story of July 21, 1998, featured in the L.A. Times and on ABC News, tells of a Finnish margarine that lowers cholesterol. The stores in Finland can't keep it on the shelf even though it costs six times the amount of regular margarine.

The margarine is not yet available in the United States, but Americans can still benefit from the cholesterol-lowering effects by taking PhytoQuest, which contains phytosterols, the naturally occurring version of the ingredient in the margarine.
