One service that I saw listed that there were a 1,000 shareholders for APTX. I'm sure the number is rounded, and I don't know how recent the data is, but as you said, there aren't a lot of people who own this stock. If the stock ever rises, then the number of shareholders should increase with it. I don't know if I should feel lucky or unfortunate that I'm 1/1000th of the shareholders for APTX. For comparision, I'm sure companies like Home Depot or Yahoo have 200,000+ shareholders.
