Ah, good one - are you in the clear on that at present?

One would think wouldn't they, since the main accuser was accused of numerous wrong doings. Well, it appears NAMX and John Bates(hired counsel & director) are still looking into the matter. I received some subpoenas they sent SI and AOL trying to find out the true identities of some of the thread participants.

As for Alice Bryant(defendant), instead of writing a response to the charges, she filed for an immediate dismissal. Her motion was heard by Judge Medley 3 weeks ago and was dismissed. I, on the other hand, filed a response to the allegations, so I am now unable to file a motion for dismissal.

Speaking of Morons, one of Judge Medley's main reasons for dismissing the case was based upon where Ebeling & Co. filed the suit. They filed the suit in Utah, however, the company was incorporated in Florida. Pretty moronic huh?

As for NAMX, the bleeding continues...
