I had read that post somewhere before, but I appreciate your efforts in reposting it for this new Subject Header. As I understand your view, a relatively few institutions and analysts just don't have the expertise to figure out the great things that are coming. Ignorance is killing these stocks. Perhaps, but indeed because relatively few analysts and institutions follow them, it may be more the folks like you and I who are moving it. Mass psychology. And like myself, the masses maybe selling because they truly don't understand the issues. Uncertainty. If this is the case, the stocks should recover by the end of the second quarter following the merger as the economies of scale are recognized and the expenses of the merger itself left behind. Of course, the 'market' usually anticipates such value 4-6 mo ahead, so the time for buying may be now, but I'll wait for at least a quarter before considering these guys again. It will be interesting when your analyst insider is legally allowed to speak out--Do you know when that legally will be--perhaps after the formal date of merger.
