Kevin, This is taken from the July 30th press release: Global Games Corp. will receive ten percent (10%) of the pre-tax profits for the life of the Agreement as a software licensing fee and to provide software enhancements and ongoing support. It says nothing about management services, so I thing the web site will be the responsibility of IGC, and not Global Games. I think someone else posted a message on the raging bull thread concerning this point. As far as the 800 number goes, I think this was the plan of the IGC, and not Global. I agree with the raging bull post, that perhaps this should not have been mentioned in the press release. Again, I feel this is the responsibility of the IGC, and not Global, who is only supplying the software. Also I have emailed Allysa about the plans for web site etc, she wrote back and told me that their will be a press release which will include both the 800 number and information regarding the opening of the web site (from what I can tell this are still expecting this to up and running by Monday),which I as a shareholder, consider much more important than the phone line being hooked up. I suspect we will be seeing this press release any day now, an exact date was not specified. I am ok with all of this, from my conversations with mgnt, seems like everything is going fine.
