ERP is slowing, possibly due to y2k, also some mkt saturation I believe. Psft has a bunch of consultants on the beach. Im not sure about Sap, but I suspect it is true there also.

That would explain why SAP consultants are being paid up to $120 per hour. Fundamental economics of supply & demand: increase the demand and the price goes up. I think that explains the situation at SAP. Are you one of those people who talk about "Sap", rather than addressing it properly as "Ess-Ay-Pee" <VBG> ??

I don't think SAP has expanded it's staff by 4120 employees to put them "on the beach". Also, biz.yahoo.com
doesnt' look like ERP is diminishing to me....bp

Isn't another reason for slowing ERP and CAE sales is that
manufacturing is slowing down from the effects of Asia, in
addition to the afore-mentioned Y2K?
