I just found out that I may have made a mistake about the transfer agent. To avoid any confusion I will clarify once I get clarification to the facts. Please stand by. FAQ will be updated soon :-( like we haven't heard that one before.

Doug, It does take a while, however after a while you get to know who you have done and it goes faster. One problem is if the job gets split up into 35 people doing 1000 posts they will each have to learn that curve. If one person did it all he.she would go far faster as after 5000 or so the repetition rate would be 95-97%.
Get 2-3 browser windows open all at different phases so if you have a pentium with win95 you can do it faster.
