Pat: That seemed a very optimistic interpretation . The official release was 2 pronged. In Part 1 they set up a Committee to study if the Nation was being served. This body was given 6 mths to complete its assessment and to make recommendations to improve accessibility if any shortcomings were observed. In Part 2 they authorised colocating Resellers in the RBOC's premises subject to certain conditions. (Most likely, the RBOC's are likely to screw the resellers on the Lease terms ) All in all, I doubt if this news has any impact on NN in the near term (6 mths).
