Baldur: I read the Business Wire release as indicating funds were infused directly into Kaire International by a private party in exchange for stock. However, in line with your view, the header of this thread indicates that Kaire Holdings (KAHI) purchased Kaire International last December. Recent information from the company is that Kaire Holdings only owns 23% (as I recall). See note #139. They had an option to purchase another 21-23%, but it was not clear they had consumated the additional purchase. It should be easy to verify, one way or the other, by a phone call to the company.
