>>Since there were very few shorts getting in the other day when it fell from the 15s it can be logically concluded that those were longs dumping.<<

Agreed...momentum traders and other longs with no clues re the technology dumping on fear in a market climate dominated by fear. Also astute traders taking advantage of the opportunity to take profits and buy back at lower prices. Manny Asensio already had a large short position and was hurting bad...so I hear.

>>Since the stock is hard to borrow, I would expect that the shorts will not let go of their positions easily.<<

I hope not...although I suspect the more astute have already covered.

>>If in fact the company is selling snake oil, one does not call the snake oil salesman and consider his reassurance that snake oil is efficacious as proof that it is so.<<

Agreed..."one" should call Detroit Diesel, EPA, RATP (Reseau Autonome du Transport Parisien), Milwaukee Transit....

I am truly sorry that you have been unsuccessful in personally establishing a large short position at current prices.

Gerry

Barbara, we shall see who is correct in the times to come.

I see that you probably don't know much about this company. I suggest you perform some research before being easily flushed out by the likes of Mr Asensio and Mr Plessis. I get this feeling that Mr. Plessis also has some financial interest in this company. I'll let you decide which side of fence he is on...Hopefully you can deduce that much.
