My grapevine tells me the EOY. Whether or not there will be a distribution to shareholders, I don't know. It might happen that GIC will be the only benefactors of the public offering, and it will be up to shareholders to buy their own NextLevel shares. Either way is ok. GIC owns 80% of NLV I believe, but the deal would be structured by the other limited partner.
