Could be the BIG BOYS are coming in. The two trades for 3.8 million cost $140,600.00. Like we said, no one drops those kinds of bucks unless they are going to get a nice return, especially on a penny stock!!

initially I thought they were going to pick up some shares around 4.5cents.. but could be that

1) they read the threads here and saw the panic over Belize and figured stock would go down

2) most companies don't like to release much news into a falling market thus most pennies fall on no news

3) they had problems working their buys out due to financial concerns or something

Anyway today's big buys might have been limit buys at or above the price they were given... in other words if the stock was at 3.2cents on the ask and they put a buy in for 1.2million at 3.2 cents.. I'm not sure they'd get it... if they put it in at 3.7 cents or so then the MMs could raise the bid and take in lots of shares at 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and sell to fill the order at 3.7cents or whatever the price was... heck, the limit buys might have even been at 4cents and the MMs were simply nice enough to fill below for awhile until the end of day when it moved over 4cents..

anyway, why buy in at 4.5cents when suspicions were that the stock was going to fall on no news, down market, and a panicked thread.

oh well... look at it this way... some people grabbed some cheap shares and they got ALOT more shares than they initially thought their money would buy.... that just means it's that much less in the float.. and I"m sure today is only the beginning of continued buying...

will PRWT's stock price continue to go up?? I don't know.. is it undervalued... YOU BET... imho; as things progress and more recognition comes to this stock... we should see this one do very well. Just wish you jerk MMs had kept the price down for a few more days as my check is in the mail for me to buy some more PRWT... just kidding... glad to see us go up... when my money hits ETRADE... I'll get some more... just won't be able to get as much as I'd hoped for in the low 3cent range.. but then, I personally never thought the investors here would sell under 5cents... but the panic here should have told me differently.... well, glad to be aboard this one.
