The stock retreated this past week, but not due to any fundamental changes. The future looks bright for this company as they
acquire additional contracts which are presently in the negotiation stages
and we expect real growth for the balance of 1998, when the Company can
make formalized announcements on secured contracts and revenue from sales.

IAPI's advantages over the competition include:
