Are you saying that unconfirmed non public statements are more representative of the real picture?

For instance, you imply on one hand that Sid may not be a supporter of J/L, and then later say that he finds it promising.

Sid says he will pursue it, and says so publiclly.

Johnson says he finds it difficult to work with Sid. many find it difficult to work with their bosses/ partners/ family, etc. So what.
How many negotiations arent difficult?

YOu say, Johnson may be prepared to quit naxos and go elsewhere.
I say, Where?????? No other dirt wants them, and they all have their own processes tha tthey are much farther down the road with. They certainly wont quit their own processes for an unproven new process.

I heard someone say that they could go to S.A. with their process. That is a joke. S.A. is light years ahead of us, they dont need J/L.
The reason that a deal will get done with naxos and J/L despite their respective animosities(real or imagined) is that they need each other.
J/L needs Naxos, because they have no other way to get paid. Naxos needs J/L as a possible methodology in case LeDoux commits suicide by walking away from their earlier numbers. That is why deals get done, mutual need.
