might explain why I was so puzzled ( alarmed ) at the very high
number of bankruptcy claims filed for that State. How every if
she has that much more economy size then it would fit.

All in all looking at bankruptcy files didn't fit into any thing
except that maybe the more the economy does good the more crooked
lawyers and the scam artist seem to figure out how to steal.

Bonnie,

California's recent current account showed that the loss of exports to Asia was more than made up for sales to Mexico and Europe, especially the Netherlands. Interesting. Not enough info to argue a trend. But as California goes, so does...it's always been a trend setter. And does have the economy of a large nation.

Do you think this is to be a major continuing asset allocation into the Russell?
