It's over a month later and they are still having big problems. I too just cancelled an $800 order that I was supposed to receive yesterday, then today, and now they tell me tomorrow. The apologetic lady on the phone told me it was too late to cancel, because it has already been sent out for shipping. AS IF SHE KNOWS! I was told the same thing yesterday. But she did give me the airbill # so I could refuse the delivery, if it ever arrives. These people have too much competition to give such a poor level of service. Their prices are comparable to most others, so the only reason I've gone to them first is their "guaranteed" overnight shipment. Since that is no longer available, there's always Micro Warehouse or PC Zone.
