I am confused about something dealing with the MTEI lawsuit against Christensen, Gort, Guttman, etc. First I see the following three posts which tell me that "QUASH" means that the defendants filed a motion to avoid having to give depositions, and the judge rejected it: exchange2000.com exchange2000.com Message 5406668 Then I find the following post that contained a statement by Guttman that says the case against him was thrown out of court: Message 5406471 So, where is the case now and what exactly does QUASH mean? Is there still a case pending against these guys, or was it thrown out of court?

yeap..out of date on gnet. buy-out happened before i came to this board. I am trying to understand how well SI (bob) interpreted the term of use such as direct personal attack, and accurate information on the board. if you experienced being suspended, could u PM me? and i want to know how many shareholders or bashers were suspended? and if u feel your right to post in si was abused, let us think over how to deal with it. regards bill l From now on, i will include the following in my post: "I won't buy any of gnet shares, because i am not happy with SI manegement. Am I entitled to express my personal feeling towards SI manegement in this thread? if SI allows investors to express their feeling towards the management of other companies in this thread. for the sake of same arguement, my views should be protected even directed toward SI. let us see if this post is still here by tomorrow. for record, I have saved this file.
