you CAN'T plant any more acreage unless you own the land or have access to some-not easy--an the weather can be sooo overpowering that nothing,nothing can be done---last year someone i know got $20,000 for his fruit crop but this year because of cold, wet weather the fruit on the trees did not get pollonated an thus NO fruit--NO money-zilth-zero-nada-quite a crap shoot-- income $00000,0000,0000 .......redwood
