Short covering is actually keeping the price artificially high. There are no borrowable shares which implies that half the investors are long and the other half are short. A lot of shorts entered in the $120-$125 level and it is a good bet that the weak hands drove this up from $100 by covering. Now that the weak hands are out of the way, there shouldn't be much real buying left.
