Waiting for the phone to ring. Whether they are seeking marketing partner or buyer, the are soliciting themselves. The proposals are on the street I would presume. Waiting for the phone to ring. Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall when some companies are looking to sell out, they hire an investment banker and the news hits the press. Is Mr. Wilson taking on the burden himself to solicite? I am not worried about stock price decline because it is at scrap value now.
